Abstract:

NIR spectra of glucose, fructose, sorbite and xylite were studied. The calibrations for 1- and two-component systems were performed by Principal Component Regression (PCR). By selecting relevant spectral ranges from the property weighting spectra, the calcn. could be optimized regarding the Std. Error of Anal. (SEA).
