Gegenstand dieser Dissertation ist die Weiterentwicklung eines leistellenunabhaengigen Trainingssimulators für die Betriebsfuehrung elektrischer Netze. Herausragendes Merkmal dieses Simulators ist die Moeglichkeit, mehrere Leitstellen gleichzeitig darzustellen und somit leitstellenübergreifendes Training durchzufuehren. Die Modellierungskomponente ist speziell für den Netzwiederaufbau konzipiert worden.
In this dissertation the development of a stand alone training simulator for network operators will be described. Standing out characteristic is the possibility to simulate several control centers and so to train the coordination between those centers. The models are designed for network restoration.
